Blog #1: Paper Towns by John Green
There are only two main characters in "Paper Towns". The two main characters are Margo Roth Spiegelman and Quentin Jacobsen. Margo is an adventurous person, see loved mysteries. The author wrote " I did an investigation, " she said quite seriously. " (Page 7) This shows how much Margo loved mysteries because she didn't let the cops do the investigation person because she pays attention to things people don't really pay attention to. Margo also feels back stabbed by her friends and feel that she needs to meet everybody wishes.
On the other hand Quentin Jacobsen is a average boy who is about to graduate high school. He is the narrator of the story. Quentin has a pretty normal life. He is also in love with with Margo, since they were kids (5 years old). The author wrote "I always got nervous that whenever I heard Margo was about to show up, on account of how she was th boost fantastically gorgeous creature that God has ever created." (Page 4) This evidence shows Quentin felt about Margo when she was missing even if they didn't talk until that very night. Margo so called friends did not care about her like Quentin does.
